At Enleira, we want your handcrafted jewelry to arrive safely and quickly. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping process, delivery timeframes, and how to track your order.
1. Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the type of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
Processing by Order Type:
- Pre-Made Items: 1–2 business days
- Custom Orders: 3–5 business days
Please Note:
- During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships.
- Delivery times are added on top of processing times depending on the shipping method you select.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

3. International Shipping
At this time, Enleira ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve international customers in the near future.
International Customers:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
How to Track Your Order:
- Track your order directly on our Track My Order page using your order number or tracking number.
- You can also visit the USPS Tracking page and enter your USPS tracking number directly.
- Check the shipping confirmation email for your tracking number.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware of the following shipping limitations:
Important Notes:
- We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
- PO Boxes are accepted for USPS Standard shipping only.
- We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed:
Steps to Take:
- Step 1: Check your tracking number on the USPS website for the latest status update.
- Step 2: Allow up to 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery window, as minor delays can occur.
- Step 3: If the package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, email us at info@enleira.com with your order number and tracking information.
- Step 4: We will work with USPS to locate your package or arrange a resolution.
