Charm Builder

Our Charm Builder lets you design a completely custom piece of jewelry in just a few steps. Choose your base — necklace, bracelet, bag charm, or keychain — then select your chain length, and start adding charms. Each charm you pick tells a part of your story. Once you’re happy with your design, add it to your bag and we’ll handcraft it just for you.

No — there’s no limit to the number of charms you can add to your piece. Add as many as you like to make it truly yours.

Because each piece is handcrafted to your exact design, our jewellers begin work as soon as your order is placed — so changes can’t be made afterwards.

That’s why, before checkout, we ask you to tick the two confirmation boxes on the Charm Builder confirming you’re completely happy with your design. Please take a moment there to make sure every charm and your chain length are exactly as you’d love them. If you have a question before ordering, email us at info@enleira.com and we’ll be glad to help.

Shipping & Tracking

We strive to ship all orders by the next business day. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, shipping may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use it to check your delivery status on our Track My Order page, or directly at tools.usps.com.

We offer simple flat-rate shipping via USPS:

  • — USPS Ground Advantage — $7.50 (3–5 day)
  • — USPS Priority Mail — $10.00 (2–3 day)

Orders over $200 ship free with complimentary 2–3 Day Priority shipping.

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders

It depends on the type of piece:

  • — Custom Charm Builder pieces can’t be cancelled once your order is placed — our jewellers begin handcrafting them right away.
  • — Pre-made pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as they haven’t shipped yet (we ship as quickly as we can).

To cancel an eligible order, email us at info@enleira.com as soon as possible.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make modifications to it. Pre-made pieces — including One of a Kind and Best Sellers — are finished pieces and can’t be altered, and custom Charm Builder pieces are handcrafted to your exact design and can’t be changed after ordering.

This is why we ask you to review your design carefully and tick the two confirmation boxes on the Charm Builder before placing your order. If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong piece, you can start a return within 30 days of delivery — using the link in your order email or from your account — or email info@enleira.com and we’ll make it right.

Yes! Enleira gift cards make the perfect gift for someone special — let them choose their own charms and create a piece that’s uniquely theirs. You can purchase one on our Gift Cards page.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes — pre-made items are returnable within 30 days of your delivery date, unworn with tags still attached. You can choose a refund or store credit (we’ll confirm the final outcome when we process it). You can read the full process on our Returns page.

Custom pieces are handcrafted just for you, so they’re returnable only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect — and only within 30 days of delivery. Within that window, you can start a return using the link in your order confirmation email or from your account — add a quick photo of the issue and we’ll make it right. After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns on custom pieces, even if defective. Prefer email? Reach us at info@enleira.com.

Starting a return is quick and easy. Pick whichever fits you:

  • — Have an account? Sign in, go to Orders, and tap “Request a Return”.
  • — Anyone (account or not): open your order confirmation email and tap the “Manage your order” link. It takes you straight to your order — no account needed.
  • — Lost your email? Start your return here — just enter your order number and the email you used at checkout.

From there, pick the items, tell us why, add photos for anything damaged or defective, and choose a refund or store credit. You’ll get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number right away; once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days to process it. Full details are on our Returns page.

Your refund covers the item price you actually paid, plus tax. Original shipping and any coupon or discount applied to the order will not be refunded. If you paid with a gift card, that value is returned to your gift card. Your refund email shows the full breakdown so the amount is never a mystery.

Materials & Care

Our charm necklaces are crafted with waterproof 18k gold plated stainless-steel and stainless-steel chains. We also offer brass chains for anyone looking for a more vintage style. Please read the product description for each item on the Shop to see how the pieces are crafted.

Yes — our 18k gold plated stainless-steel and stainless-steel pieces are waterproof. You can wear them in the shower, at the pool, or at the beach without worry. Brass pieces are not waterproof and should be kept dry to maintain their finish.

Our 18k gold plated stainless-steel pieces are highly tarnish-resistant and designed to last. With proper care — avoiding harsh chemicals and storing in a cool, dry place — the plating will maintain its shine for a long time. Brass pieces will naturally develop a patina over time, but can always be restored to their original finish with a brass cleaner and polishing cloth.

Our stainless-steel and 18k gold plated stainless-steel pieces are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Brass pieces may cause reactions for those with metal sensitivities — if you have known allergies, we recommend choosing our stainless-steel options.

To keep your gold-plated and brass jewelry looking beautiful, gently wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove any oils or residue. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, moisture, or extreme temperatures, as these can cause the plating to fade or tarnish. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. For best results, remove your gold-plated and brass pieces before swimming, showering, or vigorous activity.

Brass pieces will age over time and can be polished with a brass cleaner and a jewelry polishing cloth. Unlike gold-plated metals, brass colour runs through the entire piece — the finish won’t wear off and can always be restored by polishing. For our full routine, see the Care Guide.

Packaging

Each piece is thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your items are placed in our custom-designed Enleira jewelry boxes, wrapped delicately in tissue paper, and paired with a handwritten note just for you.

We finish it off with a satin bow and carefully tuck everything into our signature Enleira shipping box. We want your unboxing to feel just as special as the jewelry inside — see more on our Packaging page.

Absolutely! Every order already arrives beautifully gift-wrapped in our signature Enleira packaging with a handwritten note. If you’d like to ship directly to your recipient, simply enter their address at checkout. Price information is never included in the package.
